We strive to provide quality connections and management, but the ultimate success of projects depends on multiple factors including clear requirements, effective communication, and proper project management.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Offshore Dedicated Teams and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Offshore Dedicated Teams.

All intellectual property created by offshore teams for clients through our Service belongs to the client, as specified in individual service agreements. We make no claim to ownership of such work product unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

4. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or required by law. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.
